Guarantee

Global eCare Corporation warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. Under normal conditions of use and service, all product parts should be free from physical defects in material and workmanship during the warranty period. Otherwise, the product will be repaired or replaced.

All Global eCare Corporation products have a one-year limited warranty (except silicone cushions and covers of the silicone cushions that will have a 3 month warranty).

If any of the products is not working properly as previously guaranteed during the applicable warranty period, the company commits itself to:

-Repair the defective product or part. Send the customer an equivalent product or part to replace the defective product.

-The guarantee isn’t valid if:

-The warranty period has expired.

-The warranty seal is broken or has been removed.

-The serial number is missing or unrecognizable.

-The product has been modified or repaired by an unauthorized service center or by unauthorized personnel.

-The product has been abused or misused that isn’t in accordance with the instructions in the product manual, or has been exposed to a more inclement environment than described in the manual or specifications.

-The defect has been caused by an event of force majeure such as an atmospheric event, vandalism or robbery.

Payment

You can make the payment of your orders by using the following modalities:

Wire transfer

When you select this payment method, an account number will appear at the end of the purchase process, and then you must enter the amount of the order. Normally transfers are reflected in our account within 24 to 48 hours. The order won’t be shipped until we receive the transfer.

If after 7 calendar days we haven’t received such transfer, your order will be automatically cancelled.

All transactions are secure, your data won’t be registered in any database but travel encrypted directly to the bank.

The bank account is detailed below, it’s important to indicate the order number as well as the first and last name.

Credit card (visa and Master card) Stripe

You can use this option when paying for the product. Once the order is completed, you will be forwarded to the Sage Paygateway, where you will be asked for your card details.
